Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms.
Manage Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, Awareness, and Remarketing campaigns.
Scale campaigns through audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and bidding strategies.
Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPL, CPQL, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion

Rate.
Collaborate with creative, web, CRM, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) & Events Manager
Lead Generation, Advantage+, Remarketing & Audience Targeting
Campaign Scaling, Budget Optimization & A/B Testing
Conversion Tracking & Performance Analysis (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
Google Ads, GA4 & Google Tag Manager (GTM)




CRM Integration & Landing Page Optimization (CRO)
AI-powered Marketing & Automation Tools

Preferred
5 + years Experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Meta Blueprint and Google Ads Certifications are an added advantage.
