About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop long-form content such as case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and articles.
Manage, mentor, and review the work of junior content writers.
Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content using SEO best practices.
Proofread and edit content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand voice.
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor content performance using Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with content marketing trends, AI tools, and search engine updates.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Writing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Excellent written English, editing, and research skills.
Robust understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Experience with WordPress,



Google Analytics (GA4), Grammarly, ChatGPT, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Google Docs.
Experience in mentoring content writers is preferred.
Solid organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Robust portfolio of published content.
Content Marketing or Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
