Telecalling Executive (Customer Support & Sales)About the Company

RegisterEasy is a business consultancy platform offering Company Registration, GST Registration, MSME Registration, Startup India, Trademark Registration, GeM Registration, Tender Consultancy, ISO Certification, and other compliance services.

Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Handle inbound enquiries and explain our business registration and compliance services.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel/CRM.
Follow up with interested customers until closure.
Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain professional communication with clients.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.




Basic spoken English preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Positive attitude with good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
