Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, ticketing support, and delivering excellent customer service. Freshers with IATA certification are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with domestic and international travel bookings
Support flight, hotel, holiday package, and transportation reservations
Prepare travel itineraries and travel-related documentation
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Maintain booking records and update travel management systems
Ensure timely follow-up and provide excellent customer service
Stay updated with airline policies, fares, and travel regulations

Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills




Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and travel operations
Customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced workplace

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
IATA Certification is mandatory
Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience:
Internship or training in a travel agency, airline, or tour operator
Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
