Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions. Monitor daily activities and ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
Identify training needs and support onboarding of current team members. Foster a positive, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment
Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth by ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor team performance through daily sales reports and KPIs.
Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Ensure timely follow-up of customer inquiries and maximize conversion opportunities.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across healthcare services. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in CRM systems. Ensure confidentiality of customer information and compliance with organizational standards.
