Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Personal Branding
Develop and execute premium personal branding strategies for founders and senior executives.
Position leadership profiles as industry authorities through strategic content and audience engagement.
Optimize LinkedIn profiles to maximize visibility, credibility, and lead generation.

Content Creation
Write engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, newsletters, and long-form articles.
Create authentic, high-impact thought leadership content aligned with business goals.
Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.

Lead Generation & Social Selling
Plan and execute LinkedIn outbound outreach campaigns.
Build and manage connection strategies and follow-up sequences.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn networking and engagement.
Support inbound lead nurturing through content and relationship-building.

Analytics & Performance




Monitor profile growth, engagement, impressions, SSI score, and lead conversion metrics.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience managing LinkedIn growth for personal brands or businesses.
Robust understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm, Social Selling Index (SSI), and content distribution strategies.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools is an advantage.
Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet growth targets.
