They analyze data, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement, often reporting to management. The role requires analytical skills, knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001/Six Sigma), and a bachelor's degree.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control: Develop, implement, and maintain QA methodologies and standards. Conduct inspections to identify defects or deviations.
Audit Management: Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and QMS.
Process Improvement: Monitor production processes to identify potential quality improvements, cost reductions,
or corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports and quality records. Generate reports on quality performance for management.
Collaboration & Training: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
