Job Location: Khidderpore, Kolkata - West Bengal
Key Roles & Responsibilities in Training Support & Classroom Engagement
Assist Senior Technical Trainers in conducting robotics and STEM training sessions in schools.
Deliver fundamental-level workshops on Robotics, AI, and Coding for school students.
Simplify basic technical concepts for younger learners and engage them in hands-on activities.
Monitor student participation and assist them in understanding technical exercises.
Technical Skills & Hands-on Learning
Junior trainers will focus on one or more of the following technical areas based on their expertise:
Basic Robotics & Electronics - Understanding simple circuits, sensors, and motors.
Programming Fundamentals - Introducing block-based coding (Scratch) and basic Python/Arduino programming.
3D Designing & Prototyping - Introduction to CAD tools and easy robotic designs.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with Senior Technical Trainers to improve delivery methods and learning outcomes.
Coordinate with the Training, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Provide feedback to senior trainers regarding student performance and engagement.
Technical & Logistical Support
Assist in setting up robotics labs and managing training kits during sessions.
Provide basic troubleshooting for microcontrollers, sensors, and coding errors.
Help maintain training materials and student progress reports.
Event & Workshop Participation
Represent RoboPleX in school events, STEM fairs, and interactive workshops.:
