Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Café Manager located in South Delhi. The Café Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day café operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving sales performance. The role requires robust operational control, team leadership, and hands-on involvement in both front-of-house and backend functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall café operations including service, quality, and hygiene standards
Drive sales, upselling, and customer engagement
Monitor and manage P&L;, cost control, and inventory
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and guest experience
Lead, train,



and supervise café staff including baristas and service team
Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and daily briefings
Oversee coffee quality and beverage consistency
Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive footfall
Maintain smooth coordination with central kitchen and management

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in café / QSR / casual dining
Strong coffee background (coffee chains preferred)
Proven expertise in sales driving, customer interaction & team handling
Valuable understanding of P&L;, food cost, and operational controls
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and peak hours
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Management preferred
