Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
Manage and supervise the overall Accounts & Finance operations of the hospital.
Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting for management review.
Monitor revenue streams including OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Insurance billing.

Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST compliance, filing, and reconciliation.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing.
Handle Income Tax compliance and coordination with auditors.




Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
Assist management in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Monitor department-wise budget utilization.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Audit & Compliance
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Ensure statutory audit readiness and documentation.
Maintain compliance with healthcare financial regulations.

Team Management
Supervise and guide accounts team members.
Coordinate with billing, insurance, purchase, and administration departments for financial processes.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting software:
Expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations:
