The Pharmacy Incharge is responsible for the overall management of the retail pharmacy, ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, accurate medicine dispensing, inventory control, team supervision, and excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining stock availability, achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and creating a skilled, customer-focused shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily retail pharmacy operations.
Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per valid prescriptions.
Supervise pharmacists, cashiers, and sales staff.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory replenishment.
Ensure proper storage of medicines as per regulatory guidelines.
Achieve store sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store discipline.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy regulations.
Prepare daily and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Coordinate with the Head Office and warehouse for stock requirements.
