Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive HR Executive - Operations to join our HR team at Spectra Solar Power in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, lead employee engagement initiatives, address workplace grievances, and maintain smooth onboarding/offboarding processes. You will play a vital role in building a positive culture and ensuring a high-quality experience for both our office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute impactful employee engagement activities, cultural events, team-building initiatives, and wellness programs.
Measure employee morale and feedback through periodic pulse surveys and feedback sessions to drive culture improvements.
Drive internal communication and recognition frameworks to foster a team-oriented and motivated work environment.
Employee Grievance Handling & Query Resolution




Act as an approachable primary point of contact for employees to address workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and personal grievances.
Conduct neutral, confidential, and timely investigations or discussions to resolve grievances in alignment with company policies and ethical standards.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior management while recommending fair, balanced solutions.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate seamless onboarding processes for current joins, including documentation, background verification, asset allocation, and orientation.
Draft and issue official documents (Offer Letters, Letters of Intent, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters).
Manage the complete offboarding lifecycle: conducting exit interviews, processing clearance forms, and finalizing Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR
