Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular classes and training sessions for students.
Teach basic English communication and employability skills.
Help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Conduct activities, discussions, presentations, and group exercises.
Support students in developing confidence and public speaking skills.
Teach basic computer and digital literacy skills.
Maintain regular attendance and student records.
Monitor students' learning progress and provide feedback.
Create a positive, friendly, and inclusive learning setting.
Participate in community outreach and student engagement activities.
Coordinate with the FEA team to ensure effective branch operations.
Eligibility
Any graduate from a recognized college or university.
Basic knowledge of English communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and working with young people.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
Good English speaking and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
