We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and coordination with external consultants such as Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax advisors. This is a hands-on role that requires robust execution skills, accuracy, and a high level of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities, bookkeeping, and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Prepare and file GST returns, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
Coordinate with CAs, auditors, and tax consultants on statutory and regulatory matters.
Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax (PT) requirements.
Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and comprehensive finance documentation.
Support internal and external audits, regulatory filings, and other finance-related reporting requirements.




Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance roles.
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll management, and statutory regulations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
Valuable understanding of Indian tax laws and labor regulations.
High attention to detail with strong documentation and reconciliation skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Valuable to Have
Experience working in startup or technology-driven environments.
Exposure to audit processes and compliance reviews.
Basic knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
