Job Description - Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor all enquiries, orders, and messages received through social media platforms and the company website.
Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries and convert enquiries into sales prospects.
Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and product information.
Coordinate with showroom teams, Team Leaders, and the Head Office to check product stock availability and update customers accordingly.
Follow up with prospective customers and assist in achieving sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and order status.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online customer handling.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
