Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Join systems to Active Directory domain and create user profiles.
Provide remote and onsite technical support to users.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and IP-related issues.
Perform data backup and data migration.
Replace and upgrade RAM, SSD/HDD, SMPS, motherboard, and other desktop/laptop components.
Install antivirus software and perform system health checks.
Maintain IT asset inventory and update service reports.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets while maintaining SLA.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or CCNA will be an added advantage.
