We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Business Development / Sales Associate , Business Development Executive to assist our company in expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
Engage with leads to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information about our solutions.
Leverage sound sales and marketing knowledge to contact prospective clients, conduct online meetings/virtual calls and pitch company's services & products.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospects, acting as initial point of contact.
Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met in order to seal the deal.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system.




Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.).
Co-ordinate with teams in US & India.

Skills Requirements:
REQUIRED: Should have 3+ years experience in B2B Sales or Call Center experience preferably with US customers.
Must have robust written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a pleasant and transparent speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English & Hindi. Fluency in other languages would be an added advantage
Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work US hours and some weekends.:
Experience in designing & implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Must have a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be result driven and complete tasks with tight timelines.
