We are seeking a Garment Sales & Online Business Executive who understands a wide range of clothing products and customer preferences. Solid knowledge of sarees and other garments is significant, along with the ability to assist with online sales and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Help customers choose suitable sarees and other clothing products.
Guide customers regarding fabrics, patterns, styles, sizes, and current designs.
Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other online channels.
Handle online orders and follow up with customers as needed.
Assist with regular garment sales and online business activities.
Keep customer and order information properly updated.
Communicate with customers throughout the purchasing process to provide a smooth experience.
Robust understanding of sarees and other garments.
Previous experience in garment sales, retail, boutiques, fashion, or online clothing businesses is preferred.
Good verbal communication and customer-service abilities.
Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic online platforms.
Prior experience with e-commerce or online selling is an advantage.
