Job Description - Game Producer

Provide product leadership and managerial oversight for games developed on all major smartphone/tablet platforms.
Coordinate and configure the in
gamecommunication, working with the product team.
Provide feedback on the gamedesign and feature set based on a thorough understanding of F2P games and competitor best practices
Worked closely with Executive Producer and stake holders for multiple titles (Premium & Freemium) from ideation to live ops
Worked in collaboration business teams to understand and deliver as per channel requirements and specifications.
Created and maintained required documentation throughout the product life cycle.
Executing on product development and feature updates using Agile development methodology.
Estimated production cost and timelines for projects based on allocated resources and studio vision ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Worked closely with the Product team to plan the sprint roadmap and ensure all planned tasks are ready for the development team to execute.




Optimized and laid down the process for Production execution and tracking to ensure efficiency of resources in terms of man power and accuracy in estimations.
Analyzed success metrics and user behavior during Beta and final launch to ensure continuous enhancements to the game with focus on engagement and monetization.
Monitored industry trends and creation of games in accordance with the market needs and target.
Improvements to Sprint processes.
Improvements to design approval cycles.
Training fellow producers on Build systems & Submission/Release processes.
Ramping up fellow producers on Zynga's production processes.
Introducing User stories for breaking down the features.

Qualification:
At least five (6) years of experience in gameproduction including two (2) years and above of mobile game development in a senior role.
