Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) for our Industrial Construction Project in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.

Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day execution of industrial construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Coordinate inspections and ensure timely completion of work.
Resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial building construction.
Experience with contractor-side execution is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of RCC, structural work, finishing, and site management.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
