Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support for embroidery machines.
Handle on-site (in-person) machine installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide virtual technical support to customers via phone and video calls.
Diagnose machine issues and guide customers with effective solutions.
Maintain service reports and update job status regularly.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience in embroidery machine servicing is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
