Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities through outbound calls, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.




Generate qualified sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Introduce the company's products and services, including:
Fire Fighting Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Fire Extinguishers
Fire Tender Fabrication
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
Fire Safety Audits
Fire Training Services
Identify customer requirements and record detailed information in the CRM/database.
