Sales Coordinator - Hospitality Job Objectives:
Support Revenue Growth
Assist the sales team in achieving room, banquet, events, and ancillary revenue targets through effective coordination and administrative support.




Enhance Customer Experience
Ensure prompt handling of client inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups to deliver exceptional guest and customer service aligned with IHCL's hospitality standards.
Strengthen Client Relationships
Maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event organizers, and key accounts through timely communication and coordination.
Sales Administration Excellence
Manage sales reports, CRM updates, contracts, quotations, and booking documentation accurately and efficiently.
Reservation and Event Coordination
Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, and F&B; teams to ensure seamless execution of guest stays, meetings, and events.
Lead Management
Track and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and business prospects to maximize conversion rates and customer retention.
