What You’ll Do
As our hospitality recruitment champion, you will manage the end-to-end talent journey:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes.
Pipeline Building: Keep a warm network of talent ready for key operational roles.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their unique hiring needs.
Quality First:
Align all hiring with our core values of operational and service excellence.
What We Are Looking For
The Industry Know-How: Deep knowledge of hospitality operations, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate functions.
The Experience:3 to 8 years of dedicated hospitality recruitment experience.
The People Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills. You’re a natural relationship-builder.
