Take ownership of the property with supervising housekeeping - quality check, administration, Staff and guest interaction.
Know your guests by name & Create a friendly and homely workplace for them.
Know your city, its cafés, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalized recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF- Handle escalated complaints
Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest needs & experiences.
Build custom itineraries for guests as well as help them with relevant tickets, transport & Tour reservations.
You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Publish personalized responses to reviews and guest feedback,



also take relevant actions with reporting on negative feedback.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Fluency in English writing & speaking
Organised with Documentation skills

Responsible & can take ownership
Comfotable with both day and night shift
