Role Overview

The role involves conducting group discussions, personality development activities, and communication sessions to help students improve confidence, public speaking, and interview readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct GD sessions and communication activities for students.
Train students on confidence, presentation, and speaking skills.
Evaluate participation and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage students to express ideas effectively.
Conduct mock interviews and personality development activities.
Help students improve body language and public speaking skills.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust public speaking and facilitation abilities.
Confident personality with leadership qualities.




Ability to motivate and engage students.
Passion for mentoring and student development.

Experience
Freshers with robust communication skills can apply.
Experience in GD training, soft skills training, or mentoring will be preferred.
