About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Understand project requirements and translate them into transparent technical tasks for the development team.
Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client review meetings.
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to clients and senior management.
Review technical solutions with the engineering team to ensure feasibility, scalability, and quality.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, business objectives, and client expectations.




Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Technical Skills Required
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Positive knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, and cloud-based AI services.
Understanding of backend technologies, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of software architecture, deployment processes, and quality assurance practices.
