About the Role_:
We're looking for an HR Intern who's people-focused, organised, and excited about building solid teams, not just pushing paperwork.

This is not a "sit-and-observe" internship.

You'll be involved in real HR operations inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how people management actually works in a startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing_:
Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling & coordination)
Supporting onboarding & documentation for new hires
Maintaining employee records & HR trackers
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
Assisting with employee engagement activities & team initiatives
Helping manage attendance,



leaves & basic HR operations
Supporting HR policies, processes & internal communication
Sharing ideas to improve hiring, culture & HR workflows (yes, your ideas matter)

Basic understanding of HR concepts & recruitment processes
