Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand.
Manage daily production operations and monitor production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Optimize manpower, machines, and materials for maximum productivity.
Monitor production efficiency and reduce downtime.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress.
Analyze production reports and identify prospects for improvement.
Reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization and waste reduction.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.




Handle production-related audits and regulatory compliance.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and operators.
Resolve production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and improve machine utilization.
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Prepare production budgets and monitor departmental expenses.
Drive employee engagement and performance improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
