Job Summary

As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, interviewing, and coordinating healthcare professionals for positions with leading hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout the United States.

This role offers an excellent prospect to develop professional communication, negotiation, recruiting, and relationship management skills while working in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Search for qualified healthcare professionals using job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephone and video interviews.
Verify employment history and eligibility requirements.

Recruitment Coordination
Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate availability and start dates.
Ensure a positive recruitment experience.





Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment records and interview notes.
Track recruitment activities and hiring progress.
Prepare recruitment reports when required.

Team Collaboration
Work closely with senior recruiters and recruitment managers.
Participate in daily team meetings and recruitment planning.
Continuously learn US healthcare recruitment processes and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and internet research.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with US business hours.
