Key Responsibilities

? Order Acquisition & Commercial Support
Support acquisition-related activities,



including negotiation of terms and conditions with clients
Conduct and coordinate commercial contract reviews and negotiations for customer contracts.
Participate in commercial negotiations with the customer and ensure alignment with organizational guidelines.
Liaison with internal stakeholders like CF F, CF T, Legal, EXIM for the purpose of order acquisition & commercial execution of the contracts.
Ensure adherence to internal LOA guidelines.
Ensure to comply applicable guidelines for Offer submission, Order negotiation, Order Booking.
Follow up with the customers for timely booking of planned revenues.
Review and vet Bank Guarantees; facilitate their processing and issuance based on contract requirements.

Manage debtors & ensure timely realizations of contractual payments.
Handle LC documentation and coordinate with banks & customers for negotiati
