What You’ll Do: Engineering Leadership
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing software engineering teams.
Provide technical direction and support engineers in solving complex problems.
Build a solid culture of ownership, engineering quality and continuous improvement.
Conduct technical discussions, architecture reviews and code/design reviews.
Web3 & Blockchain
Guide teams on security, scalability, performance, and best practices for blockchain systems.
Full-Stack Engineering

Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery commitments.
Identify delivery challenges early and drive them toward resolution.
