Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp bookings
Manage billing, session scheduling, and payments
Maintain daily customer records and booking logs
Coordinate with floor staff for smooth session flow
Keep the reception area clean and premium at all times
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns
Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, premium retail, or customer service (minimum 6 months)
Fluent English communication, spoken and written
Well-groomed and presentable at all times
Comfortable using computers, billing software, and WhatsApp Business
Confident, calm, and customer-first attitude
Available for rotational shifts including weekends
Valuable to Have
Interest in motorsport, F1, or car culture
Experience with POS systems or booking platforms
Basic social media handling skills
