Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day operations of the Gaming Zone.
Supervise staff, cashier, front desk team, and floor team.
Ensure smooth customer handling and excellent customer experience.
Monitor gaming machines, equipment, and activity areas.
Coordinate with technical/vendor team in case of machine or equipment issues.
Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and duty allocation.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor daily sales, billing, cash coordination, and reports.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline inside the gaming zone.
Plan local promotional activities to increase footfall.
Coordinate with management for daily and weekly reporting.
Maintain operational standards and company process.
Any Graduate can apply.
3 to 5 years operations experience required.
Gaming Zone experience will be highly preferred.
Retail, cinema, amusement park, entertainment, or hospitality background can apply.
Valuable team handling and customer handling skills required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
