Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their lighting, décor, and home furnishing requirements.
Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
Maintain solid relationships with walk-in and existing customers.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the showroom.
Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for order processing and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Maintain daily sales records and customer database.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in showroom or retail sales.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer handling and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Billing Software).
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom schedule.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
