Requirements:
Education:Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline). Freshers with strong initiative are welcome to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing (mandatory). Fluency in Hindi and/or Telugu is strongly preferred.
Experience: Prior background in Sales Executive roles, Telecalling, or Customer Service is a plus, but not required.
Bonus Tech Skills: Familiarity with modern productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or digital CRM platforms is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Lead Follow-Ups:
Proactively follow up with leads to build long-term relationships and support overall customer service goals.
Order & Quotation Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to prepare accurate sales quotations and process customer orders.
Sales Reporting: Track and update daily sales data, reports, and customer records using Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
Growth Contribution: Play an active role as a key Sales Executive in driving daily sales goals and business development.
