Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and assessments.
Foster a positive, protected, and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain academic records.
Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs.
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and active participation in classroom activities.
Manage classroom discipline and promote good behavior.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
Organize and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Attend staff meetings, training programs, and school events as required.




Integrate educational technology and cutting-edge teaching methods into classroom instruction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed., or B.Ed. preferred.
Robust command of English and effective communication skills.
