Inventory Management:
Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and reporting discrepancies.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
1. Warehouse Operations:
Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and secure, and that all equipment is properly maintained.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
1. Procurement and Logistics:
Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and expediting materials and components.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
1. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory management, including damage,



loss, and obsolescence.
1. Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including production teams and other departments.
Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
1. Experience:
2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
1. Skills:
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant systems.
