Property Sales Executive

Location: Visakhapatnam
Salary: ₹15,000-₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

AL GROUP is hiring Property Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team.

Responsibilities:
Handle qualified leads provided by our telecalling and CRM team.
Explain project details and assist customers with their property requirements.
Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM.
Convert leads into successful bookings and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Sales experience preferred; freshers with solid communication skills can apply.
Willingness to travel for site visits preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Open to Learning new skills in Real estate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
