Job Description:
Business Development
Identify and develop current business opportunities in HVAC & MEP projects.:
Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, networking, consultants, contractors, and online platforms.:
Build relationships with architects, consultants, builders, industries, hospitals, and corporate clients.:
Conduct regular market surveys to identify upcoming projects and business opportunities.

Sales Activities
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.:
Arrange client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.:
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the estimation team for techno-commercial proposals.:
Prepare quotations and follow up until order finalization.:
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.:
Ensure timely response to customer enquiries.:
Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for prompt resolution.:
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business.





Tender & Proposal Support
Identify tender opportunities from government and private sectors.:
Assist in collecting tender documents and preparing bid submissions.:
Coordinate with estimation, design, and procurement teams for technical and commercial inputs.

Sales Reporting
Maintain daily sales visit reports.:
Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, customer interactions, and opportunities.:
Submit weekly sales reports and monthly sales forecasts.:
Maintain an updated database of customers, consultants, contractors, and project information.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.:
Identify recent market segments and potential clients.:
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.

Required Skills:
