Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management: Create a conducive learning environment that fosters respect, collaboration, and high academic standards.
Student Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Interactive Learning: Use innovative teaching methods, including technology and hands-on activities, to enhance student understanding and engagement.
Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents about students' progress, classroom activities, and school events.
Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and career development sessions to contribute to the school's community.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and school policies in all teaching activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field. A B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
