Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all civil works for the ground-mounted solar PV project.
Manage site preparation, land clearing, and ground leveling to the required design elevations (0.00 level).
Interpret topographical surveys and ensure construction follows the approved site grading and drainage plans.
Verify site levels, slopes, and layout before and during construction.
Supervise setting out, excavation, formwork, reinforcement (where applicable), and casting of concrete foundation blocks.
Ensure correct positioning, alignment, leveling, and installation of steel mounting brackets and support structures.
Supervise all civil works related to DC cable string routing, including trench excavation, duct installation, backfilling, compaction, and cable protection works.
Coordinate daily activities of contractors, subcontractors, equipment operators, and labor teams.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor material usage and site productivity,



and report daily progress, delays, and technical issues to project management.
Enforce all HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) requirements and maintain valuable housekeeping throughout the site.
Coordinate closely with the mechanical and electrical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience & Technical Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience supervising civil construction works.
Experience in ground-mounted solar PV projects is highly desirable.
Robust knowledge of:
Topographical surveying and interpretation of contour maps.
Site grading and ground leveling.
Concrete foundations and block construction.
Steel mounting structure installation and alignment.
Trenching and underground cable civil works.
Reading and interpreting civil and structural
