Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on-site activities related to the installation of luxury interior design elements, including premium wardrobes, modular kitchens, partitions, and bespoke furniture.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that work progresses according to plan and timeline.
Monitor project execution to ensure that all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to the design specifications.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the installation phase, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or changes promptly.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines, managing any delays or issues that arise in office.
Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
3 years of experience in project management, specifically within the interior design or construction industry.
Proven experience managing high-end residential interior design projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time.
