Role Overview
Responsible for visual direction and execution of all digital content. Focus on high-end, design-led storytelling across social media, with robust integration of AI tools for speed, scale, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Design daily social media content (Instagram-first): posts, carousels, stories, reels covers
Conceptualize and execute reels: visual scripting, transitions, motion, storytelling
Maintain a consistent luxury visual language aligned with brand positioning
Translate product, campaign, and founder vision into sharp, high-conversion visuals
Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale content (image, video, copy assist)
Develop campaign moodboards, color systems, and typography directions
Edit and retouch product images to premium standards
Create ad creatives optimized for performance marketing
Stay ahead of design, fashion, and content trends; adapt rapidly




Collaborate with marketing and founder for content planning and execution

Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong reel editing capability (cuts, pacing, audio sync, hooks)
Deep understanding of Instagram aesthetics and algorithm behavior
High taste level; ability to design for a luxury audience
Robust typography, layout, and color sensibility

AI Requirements (Critical)
Hands-on expertise with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Pika, Firefly, ChatGPT for creative workflows)
Ability to generate campaign visuals, backgrounds, concepts using AI
Skilled in prompt engineering and iterative visual refinement
Understanding of blending AI outputs with real product imagery seamlessly

Additional Qualifications
Experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands preferred
Understanding of lighting, composition, and product presentation
