Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor infrastructure and systems in a 24x7 setting.
Detect, troubleshoot and escalate incidents in real time.
Coordinate issue resolution and maintain incident reports.
Ensure system availability and reduce downtime.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Linux and Networking.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Graylog.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Monitoring Tools.
Experience in Bash or Python scripting.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
Experience with RCA, runbooks, and incident management processes.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,199,999.00 per year
