To lead the end-to-end execution of Telecom projects across the Mumbai Circle by ensuring timely site delivery, effective client coordination, budget control, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client and the organization for all operational and commercial matters related to the assigned account.
Client Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for Indus Towers' Mumbai Circle team.
Build and maintain solid skilled relationships with the client's Project, Deployment, SCM, and Circle teams.
Attend client meetings and weekly/monthly review meetings.
Address client concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans proactively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and consistent delivery.
Project Planning & Execution
Prepare project execution plans based on client rollout schedules.
Develop deployment plans for manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.




Monitor daily progress against project milestones.
Ensure timely completion of all Recent Build sites as per client timelines.
Drive achievement of monthly rollout targets.
Construction Management
Supervise construction managers, site engineers, and supervisors.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
Monitor quality during civil, electrical, and infrastructure activities.
Ensure zero rework through first-time-right execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Customer Coordination
Coordinate daily with client representatives regarding:
Site allocation, Material availability, RFI/RFA approvals
Site readiness, Handover schedules, Snag closure
Ensure timely submission of all reports requested by the client.
Schedule Management
Track planned versus actual progress.
Identify delays and implement recovery plans.
