We are looking for a motivated and focused telecaller to contact vendors & contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Vendors & contractors as per instructions of the MD.

Schedule appointments for the internal purchase team.

Follow up with contractors and maintain regular communication.

Record call details and update information in the CRM or database.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling as per targets assigned.

Handle concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Valuable listening and persuasion abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
