Key Job Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion: Pitch and sell credit cards, loans, or insurance products to walk-in customers inside assigned bank branches.
Customer Interaction: Meet clients, solve basic service queries, and explain product benefits.
Data Management: Maintain daily logs, complete branch documentation, and report sales metrics to team leaders.
Job Requirements and Eligibility
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, though a Graduation degree (any stream) is preferred by most employers.
Skills: Positive local language and communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word), and a customer-friendly attitude.
Age Limit: Generally between 20 to 35 years.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
