Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Develop new business opportunities in the ceramic, sanitaryware, tableware, tile, and allied industries.
Promote and sell ceramic raw materials including Kaolin, Feldspar, Quartz, Ball Clay, Silica, and other industrial minerals.




Identify and acquire current customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements.
Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings.

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with ceramic manufacturers, procurement teams, dealers, distributors, and industrial buyers.
Handle enquiries, quotations, sampling, order execution, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, production, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Follow up on outstanding payments and customer feedback.

Market Development
Identify recent market prospects and customer segments.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product developments.
Provide regular market intelligence and customer insights to management.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
