Job Role:
Responsible for guiding patients through cataract treatment, improving surgery conversion, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients on cataract procedures and treatment options
Explain surgery advantages, packages, and process clearly
Coordinate with doctors and front office for patient flow
Handle patient queries and follow-ups
Support conversion of consultations into surgeries
Requirements:
optometrist
Experience in hospital/eye care counselling preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle patients with empathy and clarity
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
